The United States is lagging behind many other industrialized nations when it comes to providing universal health care. Millions of Americans are unable to access quality health care due to cost and lack of coverage. Those who are able to access health care are often burdened with high premiums, deductibles, and co-pays. This is why so many people are eagerly awaiting the arrival of universal health care in the US. With universal health care, everyone in the US would be able to access the health care they need without worrying about the cost. It would also help close the health care gap between the wealthy and the poor, allowing everyone to get the care they need and deserve. Universal health care would be a game changer for the US and many Americans simply cannot wait for it to become a reality.

Moreover, there are worries that the government will have too much control over medical decisions and that the public will not be able to choose their own doctors. Lastly, many people are concerned that the public health care system would not provide enough competition to keep costs down. All of these factors, taken together, make public health care a difficult sell for many Americans.
